Originally released in 2012, Kat Edmonson's self-released Kickstarter-funded album, "Way Down Low," that debuted at #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums Chart, is became available in the U.S. on OKeh Records. On "Way Down Low," Edmonson makes her songwriting and producing debut. The album was recorded at the historic Avatar Studios with Grammy®-winning producer/engineer Al Schmitt (Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra, Sam Cooke) and input from legendary producer, the late Phil Ramone (Paul Simon, Billy Joel). Kat performs with noted fan Lyle Lovett on "Long Way Home," which "Entertainment Weekly calls "an airy country duet."
