KEEP MOVIN' (released Jan. 17, 2025)
In recording this song, Kat drew inspiration from the soft rock that floated through the airwaves in the 1980s & '90s. This was written and recorded a few months after the sudden loss of her mother in early 2024 and is about moving through grief.

WORST DAY (released May 9, 2025)
Kat's most recent, 2025 single.
"Worst Day"
Kat wrote this song after losing her mom in 2024. She says, "it's about a moment in life in which something awful happens and you feel immediately changed. You know your life is never gonna be the same and you've got no choice but to keep going... there's a strange freedom in that."
Song written by Kat Edmonson and Aaron Thurson
